Alisha's Kitchen BBQ and Thai

I drive 40 minutes to visit this restaurant every couple of months, and it never disappoints. My go-to is usually one of the Thai noodle dishes, but I tried the red curry tonight and it was delicious - perfectly seasoned with the right amount of spice. The portions are generous, the price is reasonable, and the service is always fantastic. Highly recommend!

Don’t order anything Thai. They don’t know what they’re doing. I ordered Red curry with white rice. They forgot the rice and the “curry” was soup with unseasoned protein. Not good. My partner ordered a noodle dish which she describes as the worst noodle dish ever. A gray mess. Yucky! The spring rolls were nasty too. For what we got we paid too much. Staff was friendly but the restaurant looked unkept. Maybe the BBQ is good, I don’t know. We’re never going back.

First time there today and we got the monster baked potato with slow cooked bbq chicken. IT WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! The staff was cool as can be very friendly! We took some of that chicken and amazing bbq sauce to go! If you haven’t ate there you SHOULD!!! Can’t wait to go back and try more! Remember you got the Thai menu and the Soul Food menu!!

This restaurant is one of the BEST places I have been in a long time.
First off, the food was amazing! Flavorful and the meat was so tender. Not to mention you have full customization of your options. Multiple proteins including tofu which is so flavorful in itself!
Second, the service was IMMACULATE friendly faces and warm smiles make you feel like you are family. We happened to be there during a football game and we were all cheering and having fun. They bring your food out and make sure you have everything you need.
Third and final. The atmosphere, you feel like you are at home with friends and family. It’s cozy and inviting tables that can be arranged as needed and just plain good soul food and amazing Thai food.
All in all, if you haven’t been here you need to go! Soul food for those who need a hug to their spirit and Thai food for the more adventurous!

Honestly the food was really bad. We got the drunken noodles and they were so salty that we couldn’t eat them( and we like salty food). The okra was good. Mac and cheese my kids wouldn’t even touch.
Sadly disappointed have very high hopes for this place

Excellent taste, enthusiastic service, large menu, and generous portions! We had the pepper steak stir fry and the panang curry, and both were excellent. Will try to return in the future if we come back through!

I enjoyed the food and change is amazing. Way to go Alisha’s venturing out. Oxtails amazing and tasty ooooo lawd falling off the bone. I can’t wait to come back for some beef brisket. 🙌🏾

I was informed there was new Managment at Alisha’s kitchen. I decided I could go for some oxtails. Entering the store I was greeted by Sam pretty soon he introduced me to AJ.
Good people very friendly. Though I ordered my food to go it didn’t take long.

I tried the soul food side of the menu, and placed my order for oxtails with two sides of collard greens and Mac and cheese. It paired nicely two corned muffins.

The oxtails were good served in brown gravy over white rice. It was delicious everything was seasoned very well.
The Mac and cheese! I could eat the Mac by itself.
The greens were seasoned and cooked just right not mushy but not hard either.

I will return with family and friends to get their honest opinion.

They have tofu and it is so crispy! The char and flavor on the pad se ew 🤤 the pad woon sen comes was packed with umami flavor. Very happy to find this food closer to home!

10/10 For service and food. Hands down one of the best meals out I have had in a while. The owner was so down to earth, offered suggestions, and answered questions. Food was hot/fresh/plentiful. I can't wait to go back.
