Ice cream is my favorite food so I love when I get to treat myself to some Bruster's! Every time I've been the people working have been super friendly and I've never had a bad ice cream going there!They'll be seeing a lot more of my face this summer!

Excellent service on a Saturday afternoon with a bustling outside full of families. Went through the drive-thru in quick fashion. The ladies were very nice and excited to see my dogs in the back of the car. Offered pup cups without hesitation.The ice cream was tasty and the waffle cones were of good quality.

We just moved to Cartersville a week ago and were thrilled to find that there is a Bruster’s in town. We have been long time Bruster’s customers for many years and enjoy having our Bruster’s ice cream each week. The Cartersville location did not disappoint on our first visit on Tuesday! We were greeted immediately by Jamie, who was extremely personable and helpful - outstanding customer service! She answered our many questions, quickly and efficiently packed our “to-go”...
