Food was pretty disappointing. The burgers weren’t juicy, and the fries were overcooked. I’ve had much better experiences at the Kennesaw and Woodstock locations, but unfortunately the Cartersville location didn’t meet the same standard. I don’t plan on returning to this one.

Where shall I start…… Cashier asked my order multiple times and still got it wrong. Cook had his long necklace inside my food as I watched him cook and plate it. I paid for an extra patty, and the cook tried to give me a half sized patty after paying full price. Barely any toppings were put onto the Mexicana Burger that I ordered and the chorizo looked raw. The other worker came out of the kitchen without wearing gloves, reached into the burger toppings bar and grab veggies with bare hands….. It’s a definite NO for me and my family! I asked for a refund and quickly left to never return again. Gross

Burger was bland, finger prints all over windows, bathroom doors and front door which looks gross as workers lean back and look at his cell phone when he could be cleaning imo. Just laziness

The past 3 times Ive been, or tried to eat here they are closing at least 30 minutes or more before closing time. Last time we came to eat inside and they had us leave 45 minutes before close so they could clean up. I understand the need to get home, however the hours should be adjusted if so. If not id appreciate if they hours here would be more reliable. My family and I love to eat here it’s disappointing to have this experience multiple occasions in a row. Tonight the store was closed 30 minutes earlier than close of course. I’d appreciate the hours to be accurate.

This is the most inconsistent restaurant ever. The business hours are clearly visible on Google. It's 7:39PM on a Saturday. The doors are locked and the workers are breaking down the toppings counter as I type. Mind you the hours posted online say open to 9PM. This has now happened multiple times. They close earlier, often way earlier then posted. We try to be regular customers but the unknown hours makes it hard. At this point just update your hours to say open for lunch only. Atleast this will save ppl time and effort in the evening/dinner hours. Very unfortunate.
Terrible experience. Unfortunately the worst greasy hamburger I’ve ever had and the place is sooo dirty 😭

Chilli burger was good. Fries were good. The health code rating was a little concerning. I think the team at this restaurant could use a lesson on deep cleaning. It’s the little things that people notice and will get you a bad rep. Step it up management.
