Driving back to michigan. Stopped to feed my family and the attendant dropped here coins.....spent 2 minutes picking up her change. Then turned us away...telling me I drove up after 9. Untrue. Anyone who stops while the lot is on should be served. Chick filet franchises our owner-operated and they can only have one. This is not the way you should run your one and only franchise... and if it is you don't deserve to have a franchise. I own my own business and have been in retail sales for 30 year...turning paying customers away...while the store road sign is on is unacceptable.....I am sitting in McDonalds eating fresh food...which is the only reason this stopping hear....

Group of young children playing/goofing off in the drive through while also directing customers on what lane to use and when to stop. One child ran out in front of our car when pulling in and we almost hit him. Continued to stand at our window next to the young lady taking our order and mock us while we ordered (very distracting) while the employee did nothing about it. The kids also claimed to work for Chick-fil-A when we asked them to please stop and the employee again did not say anything. Very unprofessional.

If you are gluten intolerant don't buy in this place they don't have buns ready never, I bought in this place couples times and they never have gluten free buns is my 3rd time eating in here, and for the chick-fil-a app they should delete that option from there because for the gluten intolerant is already hard to find a place with GF menu

I was doing Uber Eats and when I got to the restaurant they told me they were working on the order. After 25 minutes and several “we’re working on it” they told me my order didn’t show up in their system. They looked further into the computer and it looked like it had already been made but someone else picked it up. I asked the customer who was clearly upset if they had already received their food and they hadn’t received it. I showed everything to the person who was “helping” me and they said there was nothing they could do. It would have saved me my time if they had just been honest from the start.

The fries are never crispy…the latye fry is not worth it you get like 1-3 big fries takes up the whole box…the rest are small crumbs
The sandwich fell off no linger crispy and the bread sucks
The chicken is fake doesn’t grow mold!!!!!! FAKE
They put way too much ice barely any room for drinks
The inside of restaurant is tight and crammed employees goof off in the restaurant
The chicken minis are the only good thing here and hashbrowns are soggy

The slowest chick fil a I’ve ever been too. Drive though line clearly plagued with getting orders wrong. Single car will sit at pickup window for 7 minutes after first hand off because the order is wrong. This place is way below the chick fil a standard.
The food was ok, but the service was unnecessarily long. We were told our food was delayed because they were waiting on filets. However, parties that ordered after us (that had chicken sandwiches) received theirs before we did. Not to mention we were still missing items from our order. It was a very unorganized location.

My daughter’s fruit cup had a hair in it. The janitorial staff was rude me. We eat at Chick-fil-A often, and I’ve never had such a bad experience At any location ever. We will never return to this location.

Purchased Cobb salad. If I wanted lettuce with a sprinkle of corn, half and egg, a pinch of cheese and 4 tomato bites with maybe 4 nuggets, I would have gone to store and bought full head of lettuce ? because that’s was the main course for this product. For $9.49 this store robbed me blind by buying this salad. Never again will I buy from chick-fil-A.
