So when you take an order tell me a total I get around to the window, you tell me you ran out, fine I understand it happens, you ask if I want to get something else instead. I say ok the you change the total????? I shouldn't be charged more because yall screwed up.

Very frustrated with the customer service at this location. I ordered inside the restaurant with my family and upon receiving our order we noticed our sauces were missing. We asked for our sauces and the crew member we asked rolled her eyes before handing us the wrong sauces!! (Also, we were standing near the counter and none of the 5 or so workers decided to check in on us.. I worked at Chick-fil-A for 2 years, this is not typical Chick-fil-A service to ignore guests). It was not worth asking again after not receiving what we requested twice.

Only one boy that had a batch of “training” was helpful, its a horrible customer service they didn’t even looked at me i called for someone and he came out probably in another task to help me with a wrong order. Just disappointed
