Came in to pick up an Uber order after waiting 30 minutes the cashier lady tells me it's going to take another 10 minutes the order is 3 tacos no drink . Why would It take 40 minutes to pickup 3 tacos . I canceled the order for excessive wait time. The customer was very unhappy that it takes an hour to make 3 tacos .

Cashier tried to charge me $4.49 for a small plastic cup when I asked for a side of chicken. It usually comes in a red bowl and is around 4oz. When I questioned him he told me he was told to use the small container because they’ve been losing money.. So they basically charging same price for a way smaller container.. or he just didn’t know what he was talking abt lmao

Food has been very consistent lately. The root beer was fixed and all the drinks seem to have the right amount of syrup in them. Chips are still hit or miss a little but most of the time really good. Everything else seems nicely seasoned and done well.
Service is usually perfect for me but I never do pick up orders so I can’t speak for that. Most of the workers a pleasant.
Atmosphere is as you’d expect from any Chipotle, modern with music nobody’s ever heard before. Thank you for your time.

IF you can help it, DO NOT EVER go to this location if it is not day time hours. It is 8:30PM EST and they close at 11:00PM EST.
The night shift is completely unprepared, and are trained enough to portions toppings. This is my second time visiting this location, the last time, they were out of Mozzarella cheese. This time they were out of fajitas and said that they don't have a prep team and the day shift did not prep enough for the night. So all in all, the management is not doing too well with staffing, ordering and delegating for every customer to get the proper Chipotle experience.

I have had it with this dirty unpleasant horrible location. It’s either they have no fajitas or they have no salad dressing on top of the filth. The department of health needs to come and inspect this place. I’m tired of the unprofessional behavior from managers who clearly are not management material. They need someone who knows how to keep stations clean and inventory stocked. This is the only location near us and we can never enjoy a bowl or burrito due to all the incompetence and stupidity at this location. PLEASE CHIPOTLE CORPORATE HELP US! IM SICK OF IT HEREEEEE

We ordered food from this location and it was terrible. The rice in my burrito bowl was crunchy and I found several super fatty pieces of carnitas. The steak in my daughter's tacos was tough and everything lacked seasoning. They also forgot to give us our chips and cheese. Not going back there anytime soon!

Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants and my husband and I tried this location tonight and we were shocked at the state of the restaurant. It was very unwelcoming and very messy. The trash was overflowing so everyone was stacking trash on top of the trash can. The drink area was a complete disaster and all of the tea and lemonade dispensers were completely empty, stuff all over the floors, all the tables were dirty, etc. The whole place just looked neglected. Will not be going back to this location.
