I come here often, but during my last visit, I overheard the manager, Kristen, making racist comments and just casually having that kind of conversation around teenagers. I asked the cashier if she was really a manager, and she said yes. Honestly, it’s concerning that someone in charge feels comfortable talking like that in front of her team

Ordered take out, but since there was no option on DoorDash to order just a bowl of rice, I got in line and ordered. It was a Friday night so pretty busy but the staff worked hard and got through the line. I didn’t mind the wait for the pickup order as again it was a busy Friday night.

some lady named Crystal was being EXTREMELY rude to her employees and trying to embarrass them today i was absolutely disgusted with her attitude. we don’t need people like her working. she was unprofessional. and disrespectful towards minors ! need stop hiring just anyone

Toyota camry with spolier for no reason
Came in to pick up an Uber order after waiting 30 minutes the cashier lady tells me it's going to take another 10 minutes the order is 3 tacos no drink . Why would It take 40 minutes to pickup 3 tacos . I canceled the order for excessive wait time. The customer was very unhappy that it takes an hour to make 3 tacos .

Cashier tried to charge me $4.49 for a small plastic cup when I asked for a side of chicken. It usually comes in a red bowl and is around 4oz. When I questioned him he told me he was told to use the small container because they’ve been losing money.. So they basically charging same price for a way smaller container.. or he just didn’t know what he was talking abt lmao

Food has been very consistent lately. The root beer was fixed and all the drinks seem to have the right amount of syrup in them. Chips are still hit or miss a little but most of the time really good. Everything else seems nicely seasoned and done well.
Service is usually perfect for me but I never do pick up orders so I can’t speak for that. Most of the workers a pleasant.
Atmosphere is as you’d expect from any Chipotle, modern with music nobody’s ever heard before. Thank you for your time.
