This place is awesome

I have never had such a horrible experience at a DQ! How can you mess up a blizzard!?!? Sour bad fruits, gross brownies and green food coloring floating on top. It made both me and my husband sick. Did not see a grade sign posted at drive thru or we would have said no thanks. It's nasty inside, I did get a refund.

Forgot our family's meal, than the cook complained when I asked about it. The cashier was very friendly though.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location entirely. The individual working the window was dismissive, refused to listen, and couldn’t even take a simple order correctly. When questioned, he became argumentative instead of providing basic customer service.

From what could be seen through the window, the interior of the establishment appeared noticeably unclean—an immediate red flag for any food service business.

For the same price, CoConuts downtown offers far better quality, a clean environment, and staff who actually respect their customers. The contrast is staggering.

This Dairy Queen should take a hard look at its operations. Either improve dramatically or close the doors. Customers deserve better.

I ordered the new frosted sugar cookie and there was no cookie pieces, frosting,or sprinkles. If I wanted a vanilla blizzard I would have ordered that. Things are too expensive for what you order to not come out as they should.

This place does not honor any veterans days vouchers and acts like they don't know about it. I recommend to any veteran to never come to this particular dairy queen.

I went to dq to get some ice cream for me and my wife. I ordered a large cookie dough blizzard and a large Oreo blizzard with extra Oreos. The cookie dough blizzard was just a liquid and the Oreo blizzard wasn’t even mixed. I mean how hard is it to make a blizzard and then charge almost 15 bucks for crap you can get better and cheaper anywhere else. If I wanted soup I’d grab some from the store. I assume that when I go try to get a refund it’ll be just as bad. Never coming back here again

3 out of the 4 things I ordered were not correct. Asked for a chicken fingers with gravy. Got ranch. Asked for a small blizzard got a medium. Ask for a mini Oreo & reeces blizzard. Just got Oreo.
Went in to correct the ranch for a gravy and the lady wanted to argue that I ordered ranch. Watch what they charge you for here & make sure they repeat your order back to you or they will give you what they want you to have.

Staff wasnt to friendly, the place was DISGUSTING. The tables werent clean, the floors were sticky, the bathrooms were awful.They werent super busy for it to be looking the way it did. The staff were more about joking around with each other and talking. The conversation they were having was not work appropriate with customers in the lobby. Definitely needs a remodel.

Dairy Queen an ice cream joint told me tonight that they do not carry chocolate ice cream after I ordered a chocolate m&m ice cream at the drive-thru and they said okay and they took my order and then I get to the window and she hands me vanilla m&m and I tried correcting her and she says oh we don't carry chocolate that literally blows my mind. Didn't argue. Just took it paid for it. I just can't believe what happened. 😂

Visted a few times for a simple chocolate dipped cone and every time I have recieved a sub-par cone. The flavor is fine but this location lacks the ability to serve a cone that you would expect from a DQ. On top of that the location is dirty and the staff seem like they are barely going through the motions. I will not be coming back to this location.
