Absolutely horrible experience. They close at 10pm, my friends and I got there at 9pm and the doors were locked. Employees were teenage boys and were laughing at us from inside. Eventually one came and unlocked the door only to say they chose to close their kitchen an hour early. Extremely rude and unprofessional employees.

Place is gross, they only had vanilla, we were told that dairy queen discontinued chocolate nation wide, other locations say that's simply not true, stay away from this one

I went to pick up a milkshake for my wife on my way home from work. I was very uncomfortable with young ladies behavior. She was not friendly and gave me a look like go ahead. I dare you to eat it. Took it home, threw it in the trash will never go back.

Went thru the drive thru, and the worker asked for my pin on my debit card!! Never happened here before. Be careful. Never give that out!

Say they are open til 9:30pm. THEY ARE NOT. My fiancé drove out of the way to go and they shut the lights off on him as he was in the drive thru. Very unprofessional.
