Love the service ❤ Great place to visit and stay.
My family makes it a routine to visit here on Saturday mornings. While my wife and son were ordering, they noticed a roach running across the counter. She pointed it out to the clerk which then shrugged, picked it up without gloves, and went back to serving without missing a beat. She did miss washing her hands before grabbing our donuts. They let it go but tossed the food and won't be back.

Absolutely adore this Dunkin. Always friendly and personable. They even know my golden retriever name when I pull up to the window to get his pup cup and my coffee.
