El Dorado catered my daughter’s wedding on Saturday. They did an amazing job and the food was delicious! Highly recommend for an event!

Loved this place. Friendly, clean, and good food. We were traveling and I picked this because we wanted a good meal and I followed reviews looking for places along our route. I was excited to try the El Salvadorian twist to Latin American food. This restaurant is good sized but a simple place in a strip mall. We arrived after the lunch hour and they were still cleaning up from that, but they were friendly. There is also outdoor seating. The menu has a lot of variety and my meal was excellent, chicken with a sauce, with beans and "Salvadorian rice". It was all very good. Hubby's meal was huge. A type of sandwich and it was so big he could only eat half of it. He had the rest for supper later. We were extremely pleased with the whole quick stop as we traveled on. I would highly recommend this place, I would love to go back and explore more of their menu. The one thing that stood out was how friendly everyone was.

The salsa was good and the chips were warm. The service was good and the place was clean. I was served three vegan tacos with boiled carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and more under pico de gallo. It was a wet mess on flour tortillas. I went back and checked the menu and the vegetables were supposed to be sauteed. Boiled carrots with pico de gallo was an awful taste combination. Starting off right after walking in and seated, the staff brought ample amount of very fresh salsa, and freshly cooked chips which both were exceptional.
We ordered 1 large cheese dips (always a favorite of the kids, basically they use straws haha) and was so good we ordered a second which was devoured also, and not due to their size as they were large for the price, just due to the good taste.
This is a Salvadoran and Mexican infused, so you get a great combination of both flavors which were both spot on.
The two dishes we got were the Fresh Texan Bowl, and the mahi mahi tacos which were slam packed with flavor on both dishes, and again fresh ingredients.
The only bad part of this restaurant is the distance from our house, otherwise this would definitely be a regular spot for us.
Highly recommend.

Dietary restrictions: Great selection on the menu that can easily fit most diets

Kid-friendliness: Kids devoured their entire plates, and that’s after eating two huge bowls of cheese dips, and all appreciated the rice, burritos, tacos and quesadillas.

We were going to the place next-door, but it was really crowded so we went here instead. I am so glad we made that choice. The service was amazing. We had eight people and to show up without a call they took wonderful care of us. The cheese dip and the salsa was great and the guacamole was fresh and delicious. On top of those things my vegetarian fajitas were wonderful and everyone else I was with enjoyed their food as well. The bathrooms were clean and the location was easy to park and get in and out of. Our next trip to the car museum in Cartersville, we hope to visit this restaurant again. The food was a much better quality than your average Mexican restaurant. Their menu had many more options than I was used to, and we took advantage of that. I was glad to see that they offered Al Pastor and chorizo. They also had hamburgers and pizza. Wow they had something for everyone.

Vegetarian options: They had clearly labeled vegetarian as well as vegan options

The Pupusas, empanadas and handmade tortillas are absolutely delicious. Also very fairly priced and the margaritas are strong. We live in Woodstock but this place is worth the drive. We will definitely be back!

This dorado was measured to put cabbage and sauce, the pupusas were expensive, I bought 8, they charged me 50 dollars and they only put cabbage and sauce for 2 more or less.

Just had an early dinner here with the family. I ordered the Authentic Tacos, served with homemade corn tortillas, and they were delicious. The side rice and beans was tasty too. Only complaint is the chips and salsa was mid. But honestly not a big deal. Will definitely be back!
