Jameria was the front worker and she was wonderful ! She helped me decide what to eat because I was starving and just couldn’t decide. She was really funny too. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. I’m glad she was working the night we came in because the food was excellent and we will be back !

me and my grandson got food here a few days ago and we had the best time, the young man and lady at the front were very kind and offered to take our tray out for us. they started us out with some breadstick that were better than olive garden in my opinion and unlimited. the salads were fresh and crisp and the loaded baked spaghetti i ordered was very cheesy and filling. me and my grandson took our food home and they told us to have a good night. also the bathrooms were very clean. 10/10 will eat again

I went here a few days ago and the food was disgusting. I ordered a classic sampler and a chicken penne with 2 Italian ice. The meat in both orders smelled and tasted spoiled. The sauce was nasty and the Italian ice tasted dirty like they didn’t clean out the machine they are in. The lady at the drive thru had snot/boogers running out of her nose, her face was dirty, and she looked very unkept/unsanitary. I also noticed she didn’t use any gloves while making my italian ice and I saw another employee in the kitchen not using any gloves preparing food. This location is selling spoiled food, unsanitary, and have employees working here that have horrible hygiene! I literally threw my entire order away so, I wouldn't get food posioned. UGH!!!

Very friendly staff. Great selection of options. Huge portions for the price. Served hot. I couldn't even finish mine because of how much food. I got the spaghetti with marinara, it came with a drink and slice of pizza along with 2 garlic bread sticks. I also got a slice of cheesecake. And only paid just under 16. Definitely a great place for good food and filling up on a budget!
Meh Me and my children enjoyed eating here. It’s just the pasta marinara sauce. I would did not care for. I feel that if the Prego brand was used, it will be a lot better.

i just had an amazing experience at fazolis! the staff was super friendly while i was getting my food, which made everything even better. i devoured my fettuccine alfredo—it was so good, i actually added a little salt, but i loved it just the way it was. my dad even gave it a nod of approval. definitely a five-star meal from start to finish!
