All I can say is wow! I was craving a sub type sandwich today and this hit the spot. I had the Italian with a little chipotle mayo added and it was delicious. They’ve also started serving fries which my husband got with his sandwich and I’ve gotta say they were some of my favorite fries. Crispy and tasted so dang good with their Hero sauce. The staff were also very welcoming, nice and helpful. I will be craving this all the time now! I’ll be back soon Firehouse!!

Review (for 11/6/25 after 7 PM)
I ordered subs on November 6th, 2025, after 7 PM, and it was a terrible experience. The sandwiches were soggy, and the onions were disgustingly thick, it seemed like they were peeled off by hand and just thrown onto my Hook & Ladder medium sub without any care. It looked like a young man and a young woman were preparing the food. Shortly after eating, I became very sick, vomiting and dealing with diarrhea for over an hour. This was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I’m extremely disappointed and hope management takes this seriously so no one else gets sick or has to go through this.
