Great place to take the kids and wear fireman hats. Food was good, but not exceptional. It's looks like most places these days, less quality, less quantity and higher prices! Slow service, even with 5 people working the line, when there is only 8 people to serve and still not making right.

It's expensive for a sub. The restaurant was clean. They had a huge takeout that was called in before we got there. The staff did well getting it out. They could, though, let the customers that were inside ordering know that it would take a little while.

Only 4 stars because this is my 2nd time placing a mobile order for this location & I always say no tomato, onion, or deli mustard, but it's still on it! Do the sandwiches come pre-made or something? I don't get it! Why is there a label that says "double-checked accuracy" when that obviously doesn't happen! The sandwich is always fresh & warm, tho. No one greets you whenever you walk in like other stores....
