Ordered original hot wings.... Received soggy medium wings... Should I have sent them back? The answer is no. One try to get it right. Mozzarella sticks were overcooked and the cheese boiled out. I hate spending hard-earned money this way.

They need a new cook food was bland fries was the worse I ever had.nice young lady but she got my order wrong I ordered a grill chicken sandwich and recieved a fried one .I was so unsatisfied let's just say the worse experience I've ever had with hooters.

Certainly not what it was 10 years ago. Menu has changed and not for the better. Service was fine but definitely slow given there was only 3 tables taken in the entire place. 3 people for 80 bucks felt like a rip off.

Great restaurant, great food, great service. My only criticism is that it's hard to get to from 41. The intersection of E Felton Rd and Hwy 41 needs to be reworked, but thats not Hooters fault.

This location is absolutely part of the reason that Hooters is going bankrupt. It is absolutely terrible. The service is terrible and the atmosphere may even be worse. All decor is nasty and dated. The keg beer isn’t cold. No UFC fights being played. Worst experience at a Cartersville bar.

We love Hooters, but unfortunately, the last 2 times we have visited this location, the wait for food has been way too long. This past Sunday we waited 50 minutes for our meal, but it never arrived. When we asked for our check, our server was not surprised, took the food off our bill and we left. The manager sat in the corner the entire time, while the kitchen struggled to get food out. The servers are always friendly!!!

Had a great time with my wife, playing music on Touchtunes player. Our bartender Cherri was very friendly and attentive to our needs, and had great food suggestions. The cooks in this place are the best, quick and all our orders were so delicious.

Our server Michelle (aka New Girl) was friendly, attentive, accommodating, and fun. We stopped in from out of town and she made us feel right at home. She even gave us suggestions of local places to check out since we were from out of town. She even tried to change the TV channel to find the sports we wanted to watch. Overall great experience!
