Mellow Mushroom is always a great experience, but what really sets this location apart is the leadership and staff. AJ does an amazing job running the restaurant—everything flows smoothly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell he truly cares about both the team and the guests. Went on a Monday at 6:30 with a party of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). We were told it would be a 20 minute wait (restaurant was half empty). When we went to inquire as it had been 30 minutes we were told that it hadn't been enough time and that just a heads up they were almost out of cheese.... at 630pm when they close at 9pm?
