Went on a Monday at 6:30 with a party of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). We were told it would be a 20 minute wait (restaurant was half empty). When we went to inquire as it had been 30 minutes we were told that it hadn't been enough time and that just a heads up they were almost out of cheese.... at 630pm when they close at 9pm?

Went at 627pm on a Monday night with a party of 10. Hostess first stated that the wait would be 20 minutes despite restraunt only being half full at best. After 20 min we went and asked and the hostess was agitated claiming it had only been 11 min. She then proceeded to inform us that they were almost out of cheese.
