I am a fan of Moe’s but today my family ate at the Church Street, Cartersville, Georgia location and it was the worst service I have ever received! Store was dirty, trash overflowing and the 3 people behind the counter could not have cared less about customer service. Do not waste your money at this location.
My daughter arranged to have her wedding reception catered months before the wedding date. She called the day before to make sure everything was set and that we'd have enough tables set up for the buffet line. On her wedding day Moe's did not show up at the arranged time. If I could give less than one star, I would. I placed a catering order for my wedding (11/26) back in July. I called the day before to confirm and check on final details, like how much space they would need. The day of my wedding, the time for them to arrive came and went. My mom called only to be told that they had no record of the order and there was nothing they could do. We dealt with the issue for so long that the ceremony started late.
