This store is ALWAYS out of food items, everytime I visit, there is something I want and they don't have. So frustrating 😫

Courteous employees and clean restroom. Food taste great and fast service.

Plzzzz PAY MORE to keep good quality people in this location on MLK JR DR in Cartersville GA. There was only two folk servicing the whole location. Service was still good and fast, but only because there was not a crowd. GOOD FOLK WILL STAY FOR MORE PAY!!!!!!

This place sucks! They consistently cannot get any order right. I try going back year after year, try to give them the benefit of the doubt and they still so shady. Today I go with my husband and order a 2 piece Breast & Wing combo, a girl takes the ordered. Tell us the price and then she proceeds to say we only have thighs and wings, and you can hear through the speaker someone say shhh (in the background), then she goes and yells never mind! SMH! I turn and tell my husband to drive off. They will sell you anything, check your stuff at the window, the stay shady!

My meal was hot and fresh. It was very very goood.

Typical. Gentleman who took our order was nice and patient.

Very unprofessional night crew and DIRTY behind the counter. The "mess" was visible from drive thought window. Very long wait, without advising at time of order.

I ordered #1 the sandwich was covered in mayo no pickles ff were cold drink had soda all over the to when she handed it to me it pored all over me her hair was down to her but almost no cover on her head how descusting never again

Went here today for lunch and had a great experience! The food was hot and fresh , employees gave Great customer service , no wait store was clean , definitely going back no questions asked ! Great overall experience

Waited at speaker for 10 minutes. Ordered the new ghost pepper sandwich combo with honey mustard. Got charged for it. Got a regular chicken sandwich and no sauce instead.

I ordered the $6 Big Box special with 3 chicken tenders (as advertised on TV). The lady told me it only came with 2 tenders, the sign was right behind me. Then she had to apologize because it did come with 3 tenders. She asked me twice what 2 sides I wanted and I told her fries & slaw. When I got the meals they both had slaw & red beans & rice.
