By far one of the worst popeyes i’ve ever been too and I’m coming from Atlanta, Folk spoke with attitude at the drive through mic when I asked them to repeat themselves and then seemed to be in a hurry, I order the Luffy bento meal and they gave me this sorry looking chicken pieces that I wanted to share with my GF and didn’t give me time to ask for sauces since they closed the window in my face… I don’t understand why it’s such a issue with almost every popeyes but the attitude towards customers needs to get corrected immediately, we’re paying you to serve us…

Very cool people & very good customer service. Food was fresh & they went above what we wanted. I recommend this establishment any day. They need a raise lol that’s how much I liked it for real

We chose to eat inside, and the food itself was actually good. I’m a black customer, and from what I observed the shift lead working in the kitchen a tall, heavyset white man. seemed to be doing just about everything and was clearly working very hard. He appeared to be running the kitchen and keeping things moving while handling multiple tasks. The meal was prepared well and tasted good, so credit definitely goes to the shift lead. who was actually keeping things running.

Unfortunately, the atmosphere in the restaurant made the experience very uncomfortable. During our visit, the assistant manager, Kadeejah, was loudly chewing out employees in front of customers. It was very unprofessional and awkward to witness while trying to eat. What made it worse was that the general manager, William, was sitting there and didn’t step in or try to handle the situation. It felt like he just lets the assistant manager run over everyone whenever she gets annoyed, which creates a really negative environment.

While the shift lead seemed to be doing his best, the management at this location really needs improvement. Situations with employees should be handled privately and with respect, not in front of customers. The poor management took away from what could have been a good dining experience.

tbh this is a good store if u take in the fact there is only a certain amount of people working and if they don’t have the pieces up you want THEY ASK if its ok to wait 15 to 20 minutes and i've seen a couple of the cashiers help people that don’t speak Spanish understand in the best way possible and i have only been to this location 2 times

Stop to get something to eat for super the Popeyes whole crew were outside smoking and talking told me 12 min to cook chicken that everything was cook to order. Which I know better they didn't want to work and wait on customers... very disappointing... KFC didn't have any issues serving me...

I got the strep throat from the undercooked chicken. My throat hurt and nobody has it in my community. Somebody needs to wash their hands 🙏
