The pulled pork was outstanding! Very tender and delicious! The ribs were also very good. The only issue I had was the sauce. Being from GA, I am familiar with the vinegar based sauce that is common in the south. Theirs may look the same, but the taste is vastly different. I personally did *not* like it. It tasted like ashes from the pit made their way into it. Or like someone put too much liquid smoke in it. It was more than just tangy, it was actually acid. And the other option...

Top notch Q - I will drive the 30 minutes each way to return. The pulled pork had enough smoke and rub seasoning that it didn’t need sauce. The smoked chicken slid off the bone. And as my daughter observed, it’s always a good sign when you pull up and the parking lot is gravel…The sides were exceptional and we are told the smoked wings are amazing. Crazy busy the time i walked in on a Friday at 11:40- ish, and 3rd in line and it went fast for a pickup.. Everyone was nice and friendly- the food was so so good! Lol, i wished i got 2 extra sides- I bet if they offered fried okra, it would be good as well.
