Awesome wings!! Def will be back if in town for baseball.

Not what you would expect at an arcade! The food is exceptional, pizzas, wings, everything! Lots of beer choices too!

The food was amazing and they accommodated our soccer team at a busy time of day. It was a little too loud for us and it was much quieter in party room and I wish we had stayed in there.

We got the Chicago deep dish pizza & agree it’s not a deep dish. It tasted fine but it’s a thinner/regular crust with high edges. My high school boys were disappointed. Our large cheese/pep was dropped on its way out of the oven so it arrived 10 min behind the rest of the food & was also fine. We also got a summer salad & was told they were out of cranberries so I asked for some red onions. Salad was fine, champagne dressing was good & they did have cranberries so that was nice. No real complaints other than they charged almost a $1 for 4 slivers of red onion. It was totally ridiculous. I get it if you asked for double the goat or feta cheese or olives, something that has some true expense but for a few slices of red onion!? I actually appreciated they didn’t overload my salad with red onion but couldn’t believe the charge, especially when I only asked for it because they were supposedly out of cranberries. It’s really annoying when servers don’t communicate an extra charge, particular on something there usually isn’t an extra charge & it was really subbing for something that the restaurant ran out of (cranberries). It was also particularly annoying because they dropped our pizza & we didn’t get all of our food with the rest of our group. The server was nice & attentive at first but we waited a while for the check, then I finally asked him for mine. He didn’t bring anyone else’s & they were trying to get his attention to get their check. I even ended up taking him my friend’s credit card as he chatted with another patron trying to check out to get to a hand. Really clueless management & service but I guess they can be when there’s lots traffic from LakePointe. The place is also extremely loud if there are big groups which is often with the sports teams. This would all be fine if the service & management was better but it’s striking out for me on too many places. Drop food, charge for dumb things (& don’t even make it worth it for the charge) & make no apologies for their mistakes… I think next time I’ll head into Cartersville to see if we have better luck & maybe it won’t be so loud. 🤞

Only had one server for a group of 30 people. Did not have enough cups for everyone’s drinks. Manger was not concerned and didn’t do anything to assist the situation.

Worst bar ever! Wouldn’t even sell to my Husband and I. They said they couldn't accept our identification but couldn’t elaborate why nor wouldn’t scan them in-front of us:

Passing through from Florida. Came with my family. (8 top) brought out the wrong pizza and server was no where to be found. One person grabbed a slice by the time the server checked in and he refused to give us the pizza we ordered. We added sausage and cheese. That was a $4 up charge. He refused to take it off the ticket. Zero customer service. Should have gave us a discount for eating the wrong pizza, not arguing we needed to pay full price. Server was sat with three big tops and couldn’t keep up. Had to ask other servers passing by for things we needed. He was more occupied with the baseball teams coming in than our table. A manager should have touched our table but he wasn’t available. Not coming back.

So, I'm a latecomer to St. Angelo's and I live in Cartersville. In the past two months I've ordered delivery four times. The pizzas, salads, spinach artichoke dip, and wings are fantastic. The deliveries are fast, accurate, friendly, and without a delivery charge (please tip your driver generously). St. Angelo's is now my go-to. Keep up the great work!

Food is consistent, not going to say exceptional nor poor. The primary inconsistency is the service which can be exceptional or far below. Hope they are able to step up a touch, would love to see them thrive and succeed
