Everyone at this location from what I’ve seen has excellent customer service and they’re really fast and respectful and food quality is 10/10. Jose’ at the drive thru window did a great job with customer service and deserves a raise!

If I could rate a zero I would. I go in to pick up lunch since I had a bigger order. When I went in, there were a few people, but not busy at all. I go and stand by the register and wait for someone to take my order, or even say anything. After a few mins the girl who claimed she was the manager said, if you want to put in a order please use the kiosk. I said no, I'll put it in at the register. I was informed that that was not an option and if I wanted to place a order with someone I had to go through the drive thru. When I asked for a manager she informed me that she was the manager and there was nothing she could do. So I walked out and went to Wendy's instead. If she was a manager, she was a complete joke. I dont understand how your not busy, and your gonna let a $50+ order walk out the door. This has to be one of the worst run Taco Bells I've been to, they obviously dont care about making money or their jobs.

I placed a mobile order that said “ready at 5:53” I went in at 5:55. A young man asked my name for my mobile order and then told me it would be done “soon”. I waited with other customers and the employees were openly talking bad about me looking “unfriendly”. I waited a while and finally at 6:15 someone came to me and said they’d started it. There were about 6 workers, two on the cook line and the rest standing in the back in a circle talking. Drive through customers were being told to drive around and wait for their orders to be brought out. One man came in and asked for a refund because he was tired of waiting. When we got our food the nacho fries were old and stale but I didn’t dare say a word.
