There is a New menu!....I tried a green burrito and it was delicious!... there is a new manager also (Andrea), she and her crew are always friendly staff and very attentive to what I need, the place is always very clean and the dishes are always well served.

Here. Decided to watch the braves opener. Nice TV but They can't wait for me to leave the bar. The only one here. So sad. Like I didn't understand Spanish..food good but lost some flavor in the moment . Bagged it up and left... Did the braves win? Ugh pick up good food and left ASAP

We used to love this restaurant a couple of years ago, but it has gone way down hill! The service is sooooo slow, and the food is 🤮 Don’t waste your money here, too many excellent Mexican places in cartersville to even entertain this establishment any longer. She comped half our bill but even 30$ for two people was 30$ too much.

Amazing food!! New management is superb Andrea is fabulous ! Coming back just for her and the rest of staff super friendly and the southwest egg rolls and sopes are authentic and to die for !! The chipotle enchiladas are delicious!! Connie makes amazing drinks strongly advise y’all to try this place my new fav spot!!! Tarascos margarita is so good

With this new management everything has improved, the food flavor is wonderful and the attention to detail is amazing. We tried the margarita flight and it was spot on! We strongly recommend and also love their new menus

The Young man at the register up front is such a Delight!!! His charming personality and great manners is totally Over The Top! I LOVE The food at this great Establishment ... but would for sure keep going back for the Sweet Kindness that I have encountered just "paying for a 2Go"

We love the food....most of the time. Sometimes they forget something here or there. It takes a lot for us to say u anything. However the manager on duty 1/5/25 in the pm. Was not customer service worthy. I was very clear on my instructions. Nevertheless you do not argue with a customer. EVER!. I have called and voiced my opinion and was told I would get a discount. But we order online and I didn't care. So this time I asked my husband to make sure everything was there. I can even get the disconnect of his food but I was still missing my wraps... again. Omg.

I was given a half order but didn’t ask for it. The full order was only $3 more. When asked for it to be corrected I had to speak to a manager. Never got the tortillas that the menu stated was included. When the bill came I was charged $3 more than the listed price. When I questioned this the manager on duty called someone else and handed me the phone to speak with them about the issue. I was told the prices went up due to inflation and new menus are being printed. I understand that but how is any of my above issues the customers fault? And since when is it the customers responsibility to handle the concern with upper management on a waiters personal phone? I don’t complain usually. I was still willing to pay what I was charged but the way things were handled made me feel like it was my fault. Paid my bill, left a tip. Disappointed.

Get the chilaquiles!!!! They are the best around!!! Hands down

If I could I would give 0 stars. This was an outrage. The service took forever and the place was empty. There was maybe 3 customers other than my party, the food was bland and had no taste. And what I tipped got an additional 1 added to it and they changed my tip on my bill to get an extra $10. Will only be going back to get my FULL tip back and will not ever go back. This place is trash and should fire their whole staff.

Service here was terrible. They took forever to bring our drinks and once they finally brought they proceeded to wait about another 20 minutes to take our order. Food was very bland I’ve never had birria tacos that lacked seasoning. Every hot sauce there has no flavor even the Valentina in the bottle tasted watered down. Terrible experience overall and I hope they get new staff.
