Picked out a steak from the fresh cut case when you come in, received a totally different steak. Seen the one I chose with the tag as I left still in the case. Ordered the steak cooked medium. The steak I did receive came out medium rare. Sent it back to have it cooked just a little more, came back out beyond well done. My wife ordered a steak well done. It was medium at best so we sent it back. I took forever to get it back and when it finally came, it was completely charred. We told the waitress and she talked to Sam, the manager. Sam, the manager, said she wasn’t going to do anything about it. Didn’t even apologize. This is the second time in the last couple of months we had issues. I will be going to Longhorn from now on!!!!
