It’s a standard Wendy’s. You know what to expect and won’t be disappointed. The location is at an intersection with a red light so it’s easy in and out. Next door is a Starbucks if someone in your party needs over priced coffee.

Went through the drive thru. Came home to find I was missing multiple items. Called the store to see what I needed to do. She said she did not know & the call disconnected . I called back thinking maybe we were just disconnected & she said no she hung up because she did not know how to help & to just contact corporate… I asked for the managers name & she HUNG up again…

Let talk about the sweet tea and budget. Let me say if the food cost is high it's in the sweet tea. You taste puse sugar and zero tea.
Food lucky if it was room temp, and fries well I bet they are double fried.
Sad I live here and their thought seems to be we are a travel area and we won't see them folks again. DO BETTER WENDY'S

I tried going through the drive-through during their posted open hours and was told they were closed. There were people in line at the window. I assume the staff didn’t want to “deal with any customers” and wanted to close early. Do better.

Just we t through the drive thru at 9:29 and they close at 10. The woman in the drive thru told me she would not be taking anymore orders tonight even though I was the last one in line and she took the 2 people before me and all i wanted was a large fry. Awful customer service i will not be back.

Be careful ordering here. They close the store early and leave their app up. Then they refuse to refund or make the food. Manager Brittany is rude and unprofessional.

My family showed up to eat 30 minutes before they closed and waited in the drive through. Nobody answered us after waiting for 5 minutes. After pulling forward to a car that was at the window waiting, we waited another few minutes and decided to order inside. We parked walked to the doors and they were locked. The car waiting at the window drove away, we decided to drive around again to put our order in. After we arrived there was an employee standing a distance from the window signaling that they were closed and turned the lights off. All signs on the building and online say they close at 10:00, not 9:30. Horrible customer service or the closing information needs to be updated!
