First time i came i asked for boneless they gave bone in, no issue wasn’t that big of a deal.
second time i came one hour went by they finally handed the food and more then half of my order was missing. i got 3 combos only received one. another hour is about to go by and still have not received the other portion.

We love WingStop for the food, but the service and atmosphere need some real attention. The staff are young and seem kind, but they need some real training on how to deal with customers and cleanliness. The atmosphere is just dirty. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in about 6 months.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I called the location after my 2nd to go order was incorrect. Trey answered the phone then immediately passed the phone to someone else. His ride ass began to curse and just walked away. Trey find another job if you can’t provide basic customer service! I’ve been here twice and it’s a high school hangout spot.
WingStop where is a responsible adult who can actually provide service!

Slowest place. Plenty of workers but they all seem to just be wandering around. Ordered online and it said 20 minutes. Had to wait much longer once I arrived. The lady ahead of me was complaining about the same thing. No one seems to be in charge or know what to do.

Placed a pickup order and 6:15pm was sent an email that it would be ready in 21 mins. My husband went 30 mins later and the order is still not ready. The person at the counter said it should be ready in another 30 mins but didn't want to give him the won't amount of time because it may still not be ready by then. It shouldn't take over an hour to receive an order especially when you gave a 20 min window for it to be ready. I will never go to Wingstop again because this isn't the first time. Every location I have ever been to has done this which is why I haven't been back since 2020.

They should just close the doors on this place. 40min past order pickup time before we got food. None of the employees care bout what there doing. Place unclean, need health department to come have a look

Y’all this place is ROUGH! Do not go to this place. A bunch of teenage boys are running the place. They don’t clean ANYTHING. The drink machine, condiment area, floors, counters, bathroom, everything is dirty and sticky. Hands down dirtiest place in Cartersville.

I placed an online order an hour before it was set to be ready but when I got to the store at the designated time I was told it would be an additional 7 minutes.

I tried ordering on the website and it was not working. So I tried to call to order and was immediately put on hold. After 5 minutes I hung up. Tried calling back for 10 minutes and the line was busy. So my husband went to order in store thinking they must be really busy. Walked in to 2 kids sitting bank doing nothing.not spending our hard earned money there. Needless to say we will never go back.

I sat in my car watching employees hump the windows at women that walked by while I was waiting on my food I go in a good 5 minutes later after ordering 10 minutes prior and they haven't even started my order there's not a single piece of food cooking at all. Why does Wingstop hire the worst employees for what could be a really good restaurant
