Every time I order to go or for delivery, my order is wrong: boneless wings when I ordeed bone-in, multiple times I've ordered 20 wings and only gotten 10, twice I got 10 wings when I ordererd 20 on Doordash and had to drive across town to get it fixed. I tried to just asked for a refund for what they didn't give me rather than having to drive back across town, but was told that they couldn't do that and I would have to just come pick up the rest of my order. Literally the only time my order hasn't been wrong is when I dine in.

Charles to be exact took my order over the phone and asked for my card so I gave it to him to program in and I was driving home from work, got stuck in traffic this evening and I apologized it took me a minute to get there and I asked him how long ago did u cook these and he said 10 minutes after we got off the phone, came home and my food was ice cold! I want a re make I paid 16.90$ for one order and for it to be cold is ridiculous!

The customer service was great. Very polite and professional. The Voodoo fries and ranch dressing is my favorite. However, the wings are never fried hard enough for me and my wife. We like our wings extra,extra, crispy. But no matter how much we emphasize on that, they all ways seem super fleshy. Which is a big no, no for us.

Understanding some of these reviews are quiet old for any resturant (2 yrs , you RARELY have the same staff) 1 yr possibly, but not the entire same staff. My review: greeted promptly and courtesly by the staff. Food was as ordered and READY and hot upon arrival and being given to me. As I stated initially staff rarely stays so some of these reviews should fall off, thats a Google issue though. I will say take a review in the Cartersville area with a grain of salt. These ppl want free everything, and would complain regardless.

Ordered on the app, got home and half the order was wrong (3 out of the 6 tenders). I called and spoke with the manager and let her know I wouldn't need the entire order re-made (fries & all), just the 3 tenders.
After 5 minutes of her rambling on about not being able to give me a refund, she said I would need to pay for the tenders again.

My 2nd time ordering here. This time my boneless wings were cooked so hard. My lemon pepper ones were so dry inside too. As were another flavor. It was a waste that day. I really enjoyed my first order. On this order also there was no seasoning on my fries. My daughter ordered extra seasoning on hers. She did not have much on her fries. They must have been very busy that day. My daughter ordered it for us a few months back. It was great. So 1 bad order out of 3. I hope the next time is better, if we try again next month.

Nothing against the workers but Wingstop you need to change your wording on your food. You have cheese fries and then you have Chili's cheese fries and then you have a loaded fries. My expectations of loaded fries is something along the lines of cheese bacon chili or some kind of topping. I ordered loaded fries with the toppings on the side so that when I got home the fries wouldnt be soggy. How is this loaded fries when literally you put cheese seasonings and ranch on it. that's it???? no bacon, no chilli nothing more than cheese and ranch?that is not in anybody else's book considered loaded.when you already sell those items why would you call it loaded when it's nothing more than cheese and ranch come on now do better!!!! I could have literally gone to Wendy's paid half the price and got fries and a cup of cheese sauce be better be different in my opinion this is so not right and you're dipping a lot of people out of money by calling it that!
