Second time I've come here. Both times, the boneless chicken was very dry. I don't like my mouth to be torn up by dry chicken when I eat!

Placed an order after work on a Wednesday and was told that they were closed due to some dumb party and that I wasn't going to get my food. Was later told that I could get my refund the next day. I mean, I already had low expectations because it's a fast food place but come on.

Employees stand around while they let food pile up in the window so that by the time you get it, it’s already half cold. They just stand around looking like they don’t have anything to do and it’s not a one time thing either someone needs a manager that knows how to manage his employees and they’re priced way too high, I can go to outback or I can go to Texas roadhouse for what I pay for a plate of four finger chicken and they go out they go up on their price very often

I paid $54 for three drinks a kids meal a regular meal and a salad when I got up to the front I asked if they put any Zaxby’s sauce in the bags because I feel like with multiple meals should be able to get at least a Zaxby’s sauce and they said no it’s $.25 for Zaxby sauce now. I told her I was not giving them any more money after I just spent $54 on a fast food place for three people to eat absolutely ridiculous. I’m so done with Zaxby’s.

Terrible service forgot half of my food and they were all doing anything but working

Food was great took almost 30 minutes to get it. But it was hot and fresh. Lots of noise a disagreement brook out between 2 people it got loud and ugly quick. I family and had 2 young grandson's with me. They where uncomfortable.

Ordered online procedure is to put the orders on the pickup thing waited 40 mins not to find out they took it to the back so my fries are freezing cold and payed extra for a small drink didn’t receive it
