Ordered online procedure is to put the orders on the pickup thing waited 40 mins not to find out they took it to the back so my fries are freezing cold and payed extra for a small drink didn’t receive it

Not sure why they don’t have fried mushrooms as it was the signature side for years and the half the reason people would even go. I mean who replaces fried mushrooms with some shitty cheese curds.

Customer service on Sunday July 27th around 1pm HORRIBLE!! Had to repeat my order 3 times only to get to the window and it was still wrong the younglady who took the order making smart comments to the guy giving me my food then I asked him if the bbq and zax sauce in the the he said he didn't make the order so it should be..I imfromed him it's only zax sauce can I have bbq ( he asked how many I said 2 bbq sauce please he said give me 2 of the zax sauce back then!! I'm like what NO here's my card again just charge me for the bbq sauce this guy Snatched my card from my hand)) I had 3 kids chicken tender meals...If they are that hard up for sauce then 🤷🏿‍♂️ customer service was HORRIBLE

Food quality is awful. Portions are smaller. Prices are ridiculously expensive. You can't even get Mayonnaise anymore. Service is sorry. Employees are ridiculously rude. It's gone downhill badly

The fry’s tasted like they were deep fried in chemicals, not in oil. Something was definitely wrong with the food. We didn’t finish our meal and left. 6/6/25 lunchtime. Don’t offer me anything, we won’t be returning.

I went to purchase lunch for my team of 4, but only got 3 meals. When I questioned the young lady at the register about the missing items, she loudly advised that all 4 ordered meals were in the bag. I continued to try to tell her it didn't look like it, but she just would over talk me. When I asked for a manager, no one ever appeared. As I was on a 1 hour break, and this had now taken 45 minutes( drive only 10 minutes away)I had to leave. When I got back to the office and handed out food, I was correct in my assumption, there was an entire meal, that I had paid for missing. Being an American with a disability, trying to do the right thing for my team, I felt disrespected, and belittled. now, hungry as to make sure my team ate, I gave up my meal.
