Eaten here twice now. Staff seems nice enough. However, cook doesn’t know what “crispy hashbrowns” means. They’re always hot, but they’re super soggy. Gone in the day and night time so I’m guessing different cooks. Only location that seems to have this problem.
There is an employee name Jazmone. I call the order in before i arrived at Waffle House. I wasn't there for more than 5 minutes, and my food was ready. Jazmone does her job very well.

We had a trainee waitress. She was wonderful as a server, but didn't know the menu well.My breakfast sandwich took 15 minutes, and my husband's breakfast was delivered piecemeal - the waffle at 10 minutes, the egg and hashbrowns at 15, and the bacon at 20, when he reminded the waitress it was part of the order. Seems confusing it wasn't assembled for her.We did come in at a busy time, but even the shift manager was unaware for a period that we were just waiting for food.
