DO NOT GO HERE! BAMEE NO LONGER EXISTS! The doors and windows were covered with paper and had text painted advertising a different storefront.

I called them several times, but they never picked up the phone! Also, I tried to come here different times of the week but they always closed… I don’t get it!

Showed up to an empty restaurant.
Service was decent could’ve been friendlier to a first time customer, the inside must be getting renovated so I recommend takeout, the meat was a lil tough but the flavor….it was so good. Genuinely, the vegetables seemed extremely fresh as well. Definitely plan on returning.

This is my favorite place to get Banh canh Cua! 🦀 my friends and I came and we all fight over this dish when we had to shared it but its always on point! Today I had it ordered to go and I wished I took a photo of it before I finished it to take a photo but there is alot of Crab Meat. Very good portion size for the price.

The food is the top-notched and the service is amazing. Highly recommended for Bun Dau Mam Tom and Bun Bo Tho Da.

Ok I’ll admit, the service here can be pretty bare bones- no small talk niceties, they just take your order very curtly and no goodbye. That being said, their version of the grilled pork bahn mi is the best one I’ve ever had!! It’s flame grilled and usually packed with fresh veggies, it’s so freaking delicious!! There have been a couple of times the proportions of veggies was on the skimpy side but the taste of the chargrilled pork is unrivaled.
I went to Lee’s Bakery after reading that they got a Michelin nod, it’s not even in the same universe as Bamee Tee!!! The teas are good too, although I’m not particularly adventurous as I always get passion fruit tea with passion fruit popping bobas.
In summary, don’t let the lack of customer service skills rob your tastebuds of a delicious culinary experience!!

Showed up at 2PM on a Friday, not open and no signs saying temp closed/away for lunch etc.
Great sandwiches, also a fan of their Vietnamese iced coffee — generous portion and as tasty as it is strong! ☕️

So disappointed, i can’t eat even 1 piece of the meat from the bun bo hue because it’s so hard to chew. The tra mang cau (sour sop tea) is like water add sugar and soursop. No coming back!

The food wasn’t that authentic or tasty here. We ordered 3 bún bò huế, cơm chiên gà, and bún mắm. All of them were quite plain. We didn’t believe the bad reviews on here and decided to give this place a try BUT those reviews were right. This place operates like a boba shop and you serves yourself, meaning you get your own water, napkins, and utensils (utensils are plastic which is not so good for hot dishes).
