The fried assorted veggies are just a 3. The batter is soft and good texture cooked just right it is unseasoned ☹️. I had to eat it with the chutney. The roti was fine. The gobi manchurian needs help the sauce tastes like it came out of a jar. Overall the food lacked the unique fair and taste of Indian food. The quality of the food was fine it is missing the unique Indian spices. The outside dining area is pretty.
I absolutely love this place. I’ve been going here for years. Top recommendations are the lamb curry, dhal makhni, and the saag paneer. If you have a spicy palette, I recommend asking the server to give you some of their homegrown peppers.

I’ve been going to Himalayas more and more recently! I’ve been loving the food and everything taste very flavorful and fresh every time! Owner was very kind to me also and made some great recommendations! I’ll be back again soon
