Shout out to the girl answering the phone tonight. I was kind of pissed off because I didn’t get an extra pepperchini or garlic sauce. She apologized refunded a fair amount and then told me that she was gonna go talk to whoever was supervising the oven to make sure they pay attention to the finishing touches. After the last event with this papa johns, i thought i would give them a chance and they completely failed yet again. This time the pizza arrives in a decent time but the side ordered was not with it. Get inside open the pizza up and def not my pizza. Ordered a xl with hamburger, i get one with just about everything on it. 3rd time we have order from here recently, the wrong order was dropped off at the front door. No one knocked on the door it was like just run up and drop it at the front door. We called and they started fighting with each other on the other end of the of the phone.
They stated they could not fulfilled my order for they did not have time. Stated they would provide a refund, still waiting for it…
