This is our go-to pizza place. I'm big on the sauce-to-cheese ratio in pizza, and Papa John's gets it right in my book. I've been eating from this franchise for 15 years, and I've never been disappointed with the food or the service. When there was a major power outage a few years ago, I feel like it was this location that fed half of Dunwoody.We also have a lactose-intolerant family member, and when they could no longer eat the original pizza, they've been able to order cheese-less with their favorite toppings. Game changer that keeps everyone in mind!

terrible service! After telling me that they do not take orders from walkers and that they only do it online or by call, I did it online I waited 25 minutes when I went to pick up the pizza they only told me to wait 30 more minutes with faces of not being happy with life and they told me that It was better to cancel the order because they were very busy, the Spanish-speaking man and the colored girl had terrible service.

I can't attest to the quality of the pizza, because we never got the pizza.We placed a scheduled delivery for the next day1) they didn't show up on time,2) the employee on location Assured us the delivery left on time and would be there any minute,3) the pizza never showedDon't bother.

Placed my order at 10:35 AM for a 12:00 PM delivery, food arrived via door dash at 12:38 PM...cold. I called the location to figure out where my delivery was, the lady on the phone was nice and understood my frustration and offered a refund - I'll see in a couple of days if I actually get the refund.
I've ordered delivery several times and it's been great! Always hot, fresh and delivery is always quick. Keep up the good work Y'all!

This Papa John’s is by far the worst one I have ever been to! This is not a one time thing, this is the THIRD time I’ve received terrible service at this location. I placed an online carry out order last night for an XL pizza at 8:02. I pulled around the drive thru twice and my order was not ready, the third time I went around they said they forgot about my order even tho I went around the driver thru twice before!! At 9:02 I finally received my order. They were prioritizing the big orders and not caring about the regular orders. I received my pizza AN HOUR after placing the order. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:24! I will never spend my money at this location again. I’d rather go to the Pizza Hut up the street. I tried to give them chances since they’re closer and it’s more convenient but they lost me due to their terrible service. NEVER AGAIN!

Had to abandon my single pizza takeout order after it had been an hour and 15 mins and the tracker showed it hadn’t even started being made. Cars going into the store backed up on Savoy creating dangerous situation. Could not get any help despite trying to cancel order through customer service, etc. Junk pizza is ok when it’s quick and easy to get. This is absurd, will never order from there again.Parking: They had cars backed up into the highway, really chaotic and unsafe.
