Placed my order at 10:35 AM for a 12:00 PM delivery, food arrived via door dash at 12:38 PM...cold. I called the location to figure out where my delivery was, the lady on the phone was nice and understood my frustration and offered a refund - I'll see in a couple of days if I actually get the refund.
This Papa John’s is by far the worst one I have ever been to! This is not a one time thing, this is the THIRD time I’ve received terrible service at this location. I placed an online carry out order last night for an XL pizza at 8:02. I pulled around the drive thru twice and my order was not ready, the third time I went around they said they forgot about my order even tho I went around the driver thru twice before!!
