The young man taking my money and order was so polite and kind. But as soon as I go to grab my food from the pick up window the lady doesn’t say hi or anything you can tell she absolutely hates her job. I said “hi may I have a ranch”, The only word she says “for”. I said “may I please have a ranch” again and she says “for”. I said “a ranch”. She said again “for“. I said “what do you mean for” and she said “what do you need a ranch for”....read full review
The wait was far too long for the few people who were waiting for their order. Also, the floor was wet from the register to the drink machine. They put up cones but no one tried to clean up the mess. Worst service I've ever gotten at this location on Chamblee-Tucker road.
Worst service ever! Waited more than 20 minutes for my food! Once my food came lady had a bad attitude!! And not just that my food was incomplete

Wendy's is a fast-paced restaurant with hardworking employees. The food was very fresh, hot, and amazing. The customer service was great, and the staff were really personable and kind. The store was clean and clear of any clutter. They’re using AI to take orders in the drive-thru, a very cool concept that was able to respond correctly to questions, and a huge win for accessibility. This is the best Wendy's experience.
