Took over 4 minutes for them to respond to the red button. Over 15 minutes for girl to come out and try and insist on the guy next to me that it was their order. I hollered at her to get attention, asked to speak to mgr. the mgr goes to the car next to me . Once again had to holler and say it was me. She gave me the tea for free, however this is not the first time. It is more than ridiculous! Something needs to change!
