We just left your store around 9:15 and I would like to brag on how amazing the service was. 4 cheesy roll ups were left out of our bag and before I even turned out of the drive through a very nice man met us at the car with them. Very polite wonderful service ! Excellent staff tonight
Tonight I did not get it, Taco Bell's too busy. I still give it 3⭐'s
I pulled up to this Taco Bell at 1pm today to pickup an online order. I had forgot to place it on the drive and there was a bit of confusion but the staff was so helpful and friendly as I realized my error. I was able to fix it and they even threw in a refried beans I was unable to order my second time coming thru! I think the drive thru ladies name was Savanna today and a huge shout out to her! She needs a raise!

While the location may have smaller food proportions compared to others in the area, it remains a convenient option for those not wanting to travel farther. If larger portions and higher quality are desired, other locations like Ringgold are recommended as the best in Georgia, and Lee Highway Taco Bell is considered the best in Chattanooga, possibly along with the Red Bank location. Some customers wish there were more specials, but overall, the restaurant continues to serve good, quick meals.
