“We had such a wonderful Saturday date night to Little Coyote. We put our name on the waitlist about an hour before getting seated. While we were waiting we played cornhile and the staff were very attentive checking in on us and asking if we wanted any drinks. We sat on the patio and the atmosphere was wonderful. They had heaters and great music that was at the perfect volume level. Our server Devon was so kind, friendly, and accommodative. He ensured what menu items were okay for my dietary restrictions (being dairy and gluten free). I cannot emphasize enough how knowledgeable he was about the menu and how comforting his energy was. He was the cherry on top of our evening. The food was delicious as well. The menu has very unique flavor pairings and delicious smoked meat offerings, but make sure you go to dinner earlier in the evening because the were out of several items by the time we ordered. Devon helped us navigate the menu and we took his advice on what items to get and we were rewarded! “We used to go to the one in Ooltewah, it was our go to place when we was out of ideas, or we wanted cheap food quality Mexican food. This was our first time at the one in East Ridge and it didn't disappoint! The food was the same super quality as we know it from Ooltewah and the service was the same great service. “This is my favorite place to get steak frajetas and cost is $9.99. Comes on a sizzling hot dish with a separate plate of additions (refried beans, rice, shredded lettuce, sour cream) and 4 wraps.
Went there on December 27th, 2025. It was busy but service was prompt and server came by several times too see if we needed anything else.“

“This Amigo's Restaurant in the Brainerd Chattanooga area is becoming our go to because the food is not only great but the service and atmosphere is A+ as well especially around the Christmas holiday. We some amazing soups starting with my wifes chose of Ablondinga Meatball soup which was fantastic and my Chicken Tortilla soup was fabulous. “First time here. Tried a grilled burrito and a cheese pizza to compare Mexican and Italian offerings. Both were first rate. Burrito ingredients fresh and tasty. Pizza rivaled the best I've had in Chattanooga. Nice portion size too. Highly recommend if you're not looking for fancy, but rather comfortable and yummy. :)“
