“We ordered for delivery (against our better judgement). We didn't receive tortillas for an order of fajitas. Called the restaurant and got hung up on 3 times. Called DoorDash and tried to resolve it and THEY HUNG UP ON THEM TWICE. I have screen caps of this. My daughter's quesadilla gave her cramps until 4am and my chicken seemed like it was boiled. In liquid distilled from sadness. But with less seasoning. Life is too short to deal with crap like this. Cook at home, people. It's better for you and way less frustrating.“

“I go here all the time. Service is always quick and friendly. I mostly go through the drive thru. The only drawback, is there is a long line. Perhaps, they could incorporate 2 drive thrus, like McDonald's. Of course, having a long line is good. Because, it can mean the food is good. I don't know their staffing situation, but the line does move pretty quickly, so bravo to them for that.

I would recommend this Taco Bell if you are in the Ringgold area. Service is quick, food is good, and the people for the most part seem pleasant. Fast food can be a difficult business to work in, so be patient to these employees, who are just like us, trying to make a living to feed their families.“

“This is the second time we have eaten from here. The first time I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I wanted a taco salad but ordered a Torta. I was not disappointed with my order. It was a good mistake! The grilled taco salad that I had today was absolutely the best I have ever eaten. My husband agreed with me. I would recommend eating at this place! “1 manager and 2 employees tonight. Wait time was ok but 1 girl was extremely rude to the other employee in front of customers while the manager was in the back. Tables were nasty and garbage full. Wait time for the people with mobile orders was about an hour. They put those off to Wait on people already in the restaurant, instead of in order. It was not organized at all.“

“I was on the hunt for some authentic Tacos and decided to give Taqueria la Monaraca a try. I was greeted by a friendly welcoming host.. I ordered 2 al pastor tacos and the seasoning was just right.. not too overpowering..Homemade tortillas were heaven..they were a light consistency ... It was like eating a cloud taco 💯 amazing..I got a red salsa($picy on the tongue🔥🔥) but I like it hot. Green salsa had a nice mild flavor. They take phone, take out and sit down orders. I really liked and enjoyed the taqueria vibe and decor. Hey if you enjoy authentic Mexican food I would totally recommend. The mom and pop places are the best and I'm glad I rolled the dice and took a chance. I will be back Taqueria la Monaraca.“

“I'm a 1 star for a petty situation. I asked the guy at the order machine about the empanadas if I can get 2 chocolate empanadas and he asked someone and then he told me I could. I do not like Caramel so they agreed I could get the 2 chocolate, I get to the window and pay my money and grabbed my sack only to get home and have 1 chocolate and 1 Caramel that mad me mad because I asked before paying so they gave me what they wanted. The empanadas were horrible, hard and tasted like paper. I called back 3 times and a machine came on so I guess they don't answer the phone at night around 1am. They just lost a customer over $3.27 lie.“
