Great dinner and Maria was a great server and we loved the food and service. I highly recommend the ribs and a pic is included.
Had the Barrio Burrito.. very good! Should have taken a picture for you to see. Flavorful..& don’t forget to ask for hot sauce. The side of guacamole was fresh and delicious .

El Charro Bar And Restaurant is a hidden gem in Ringgold. The restaurant has some of the best food in the area. The Barrio Burrito is very good and flavorful. The guacamole is fresh and delicious and has been called the best ever had. The restaurant offers a great variety of food. The fajitas arrive sizzling in a rich, flavorful broth with a delicious aroma. The mixed fajitas for two ($21!) come loaded on a full platter including salad, guacamole, rice, and beans. Warm tortilla chips with salsa and a delicious house tomatillo sauce are also brought out. The margaritas are fantastic—16 oz each, perfectly made with lime, orange wedge, and a cherry. Cold beer on tap includes Corona Extra, Pacifico and Modelo. The service is attentive and kind, and the staff is accommodating. The beautiful restaurant is massive, large enough to host a corporate event, graduation, birthday party, intimate wedding, or any celebration. There is karaoke night on Saturday nights and beautiful live acoustic music. The atmosphere is wonderful and spacious.
