This is a relatively new restaurant with a great bloodline locally. It is another case where I wish we could award half stars as it deserves a 4.5. What they're doing is fusing bbq and Mexican, with outstanding results. It's a very limited menu, with a dose of a tapas approach. Listen to your server, ours was great, they'll walk you through the proper approach to maximize your eating enjoyment. First time dinning at Little Coyote and it didn’t disappoint. The service was impeccable, The food was outstanding. This is one of the better places I’ve eat at in Chattanooga, and it might Possibly be the best. Brisket and New York strip was cooked to perfection. The shrimp appetizer was a pleasant surprise. I will be going here again and recommending to others.

I love Easy Bistro and Main Street Meats so much that I KNEW the Neil’s would nail it with a Tex Mex spot. Even though I knew it would be great, they STILL blew me away - everything so delicious and I’m a foodie but also took my dad who is a simple country man kind of eater and he called it one of the best meals he’s ever had!!!
