The ambiance, the service, and most importantly, the food were all outstanding! Everything we ate was delicious! Creative, fresh, and abundant!

Food was so-so. Small portions served lukewarm warm temperature. Out of signature brisket on Sunday afternoon. Mgr dress code very unprofessional

As a native Tennessean gone Texan I expected to really enjoy this place. Tequila and ribs? Hell yes. Sadly that was not the case. The drinks are fine. The tortillas are very well made, especially for Chattanooga. But the pork ribs had absolutely zero flavor despite being mezcal soaked. Not even hot sauce and the sauce of the day could remedy the lack of flavor. You have potential, but please go visit Texas and Mexico and learn what to expect when you advertise a restaurant this way.

Amazing! They knocked it out of the park again! Even a picky eater like my dad said it was one of the best meals he's ever had! Will be back again and again!!!

This is a relatively new restaurant with a great bloodline locally. It is another case where I wish we could award half stars as it deserves a 4.5. What they're doing is fusing bbq and Mexican, with outstanding results. It's a very limited menu, with a dose of a tapas approach. Listen to your server, ours was great, they'll walk you through the proper approach to maximize your eating enjoyment. The menu is turned from what I understand on a monthly basis, they take sort of farm to table approach on their ingredients, thus driving the need for ongoing menu changes. It's a great idea, there will always be something fresh and new on the menu, so the limited menu makes sense. We had the oysters Al Ajillo, to start ....it had a mole sauce, who knew, I could make a meal of them. We followed this with a collard green slaw (yes slaw) and the porchetta. They're using the smoking process to an art form, and the options they offer are so very atypical. Great combinations, great food. Love the open kitchen, the outside seating, and the overall feel of the place. We'll be back, and soon, This strikes me as a place that could work its' way up to that 5th star.

First time dinning at Little Coyote and it didn’t disappoint. The service was impeccable, The food was outstanding. This is one of the better places I’ve eat at in Chattanooga, and it might Possibly be the best. Brisket and New York strip was cooked to perfection. The shrimp appetizer was a pleasant surprise. I will be going here again and recommending to others.

I love Easy Bistro and Main Street Meats so much that I KNEW the Neil’s would nail it with a Tex Mex spot. Even though I knew it would be great, they STILL blew me away - everything so delicious and I’m a foodie but also took my dad who is a simple country man kind of eater and he called it one of the best meals he’s ever had!!!

We live up by the incline and were excited for this place to open since it’s walking distance from our house, but the two times we have gone we’ve been relatively underwhelmed. Some items are good others are meh, which is a bummer considering the prices. We went with another couple the first time, we each spent more then $100 a person (2 drinks each) and weren’t full by the end of the meal. Family style seems like a bit of a stretch because most plates are just a few bites, it feels more like tapas. Im sure we will visit occasionally due to its walk ability for us & nice ambience.** Also seeing the owners responses to some of these reviews is a turn off. **

Wow. Incredible food, service, and atmosphere. This was our second visit - they have undoubtedly worked out the kinks in the initial opening. I recommend trying things you might be less familiar with, like the “collard cole slaw”. Their flavors are just really well balanced with salt, fat, and acid - so any dish will be pretty versatile for a range of palettes (unless you’re not a meat eater). We will be back again and again.

My husband I recently moved back to the east coast after a few years of living in Reno Tahoe and Austin, TX, so naturally we gravitated towards Little Coyote and all its western themed goodness. The restaurant is nestled in St. Elmo with a stunning view of lookout mountain. We sat inside at the bar during our first trip, but in the summer we plan to be on the patio! We ordered a tasty margarita and an old fashioned along with a ceviche dish, brisket and side of rice! All of our main dishes came with fresh salsa and tortillas, which was perfect for making little tacos! Little Coyote is bringing the heat to Chatt and I am all here for it! The service was incredible and ambience was classy! It was elevated with a dash of smoked Wild West...and every city could use a little bit of that. The menu changes frequently, so it is definitely worth a bi-weekly or monthly visit!
