Amazing food, made with fresh ingredients. Everyone was so friendly. I ordered to go and was offered water while I waited. Very helpful with recommendations.
And the food! So delicious, so full of flavor! I can’t wait to eat here again and try out more of the menu.

My friend and I went to chef winnie's we had a great experience The food was delicious.we had awaza tibs and chocolate cake was so tasty. The atmosphere was attentive. Chef Winnie treat us like family she makes us feel like home. She is welcoming and very kind her hospitality was amazing she have great personality. I highly recommend chef Winnie's kitchen.

Winnie is so welcoming and her kitchen is one of the best Ethiopian restaurants in the Atlanta area. My son is always asking to eat there. We always get the vegetarian combo and highly enjoy some of the other dishes we’ve ordered like the Derek Ribs. Bonus, it’s within walking distance of home.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chef Winnie’s Kitchen, and it was an great experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Chef Winnie herself, who exudes a motherly charm that instantly makes you feel at home. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests are comfortable, and her hospitality truly sets the tone for the entire dining experience.

Overall, Chef Winnie’s Kitchen is a hidden gem., this is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return!

Curried tibs were greasy, tough and mostly onions. I received a large amount of bread and couple pieces of lettuce and tomatoes. The flavor was not curried. Not worth $20.

I met some friends for dinner here tonight, our first time. It was absolutely lovely! Centered in the cute town of Clarkston, the vibe of the whole area was super groovy.
Chef Winnie was just awesome, so hospitable, so kind.
The food was outstanding!
Two out of the three of us are veg/ vg and it was so easy to navigate the menu, plus the chef was able to talk to us about all the food.
We ended up with a veg combo, curried jackfruit, and a fish dish with a different sauce, and all of it was divine.
So not skip on dessert! The three of us shared a peach layer cake, and I think I may never be the same. Delicious!!!

The food is absolutely delicious. Chef Winnie is as delightful to chat with as her food is tasty. Can't recommend enough.

For cyclists, it's easily accessible as its right along the Stone Mountain Path Trail.

My wife and I visited this place on a whim, we ordered the awaze tibs and the vegetarian combo and had it family style. The flavors are excellent; the food is well balanced, seasoned, and the portions generous. The injera wasn't overly filling leaving you bloated at the end of the meal and not too sour like some of the places. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Ethiopian food.

My boyfriend and I ate at Chef Winnie's for dinner and it was a really nice experience! He was new to Ethiopian food and was a big fan of the dish. I'm vegetarian and it was nice that everything was labeled so well (and there are lots of great veg/vegan options). Chef Winnie and Margaret were hospitable, checked on us and chatted with us, and made us feel right at home. This is a great spot for a date night or dinner with friends if you're looking for an authentic experience and great meal!

My family and I had a lovely time at Winnie's Kitchen. Chef Winnie's food is flavorful and her personality is warm and bubbly! My son called her cheeseburger and chocolate cake "the best ever". We also enjoyed the Ethiopian wings and steak plate we ordered. We will be back!
