“Here visiting and it took me 10 mins on a dirt road to even get to the main road and I didn’t know what I wanted . I went in and Emily was beyond nice her customer service was awesome. I would definitely go back . The food was hot and fresh and the Lobby was clean. Thanks again Emily you made my experience A-1.“

“Always liked Hardee’s and was happy to hear they were returning to Claxton. We went yesterday early evening and dined inside. While I appreciate that they have newly opened,there are a couple of things that disappointed. The seating area had food on the floor and the tables had not been wiped,waited approximately 10 minutes for our order and the burgers were cold.
They were well staffed, but there was a lot of loud talk and some of the staff didn’t take direction well. When who we took to be the Manager gave directions he was met with a lot of back talk.
All in all we were a bit disappointed. I realize that they just opened and have some kinks to work out,so we’ll try again after they’ve been open a bit longer“

“Checking your food before you leave is a MUST. They're bad about screwing up orders. They go through phases, they'll be on point for a while, and then it's like they don't care. When they're on point, everything is excellent.
However, get there before 10 pm if you want anything involving ice cream. It magically malfunctions after that time. Every night. Even after working perfectly all day long and the next day, that is if it works, to begin with.“
