AI order taker, fries dumped all in the bottom of our bag, and served Kids Drinks, instead of the small 20 Oz as ordered and told that was right ... definitely will not ever be back to another Rally's or Checkers location if this is the new norm

99 A score posted decent food burger fries and new onion fries were tastey. I eat here when passing through. Have always had a good experience. I recommend.
The food is always so ridiculously good, that any time my wife and I are ever going to Franklin to visit family, we drive the extra 25 minutes to grab lunch here since NC, at least western NC doesn’t have any checkers/rally’s presence at all. I rated atmosphere 1 because it’s just a drive through, and service this time was mediocre, the girl working the window definitely didn’t want to be at work that day because after we got our food, my wife and I checked to make sure it was all there because it was a fairly big order, we noticed my wife had none of the sauces she asked for, rather we got a ton of marinara. I hopped out the truck and approached the window and asked for the sauces we asked for and I was glared at, she walked away and got them and when I said thank you I appreciate it, she just turned and walked away without saying a word. If you’re in a mood, call off. Don’t forecast your BS/attitude onto your customers.

For fast food, this is a great spot. Yes a little greasy but really good. Fries were crispy. Big Burford was really good (much to my surprise).

I had taken a long motorcycle ride up through NC. back down through N GA. I was heading back to SC. I've eaten here prior, and it's always been good. It's about an hour from my home.
On this stop, a male employee was serving and was very polite and helpful. I was there an hour before closing, and at most places, the employees are done and want to go home. They treat you like you're bothering them. This employee didn't make me feel like I was burdening him. My food was fresh and delicious. I wish I'd gotten his name. I appreciate him, though.

Ehh, I was underwhelmed. They didn't have ice cream available at lunch time. Very disappointing. Funnel cake fries saved the whole experience.
