The food is always so ridiculously good, that any time my wife and I are ever going to Franklin to visit family, we drive the extra 25 minutes to grab lunch here since NC, at least western NC doesn’t have any checkers/rally’s presence at all. I rated atmosphere 1 because it’s just a drive through, and service this time was mediocre, the girl working the window definitely didn’t want to be at work that day because after we got our food, my wife and I checked to make sure it was all there because it was a fairly big order, we noticed my wife had none of the sauces she asked for, rather we got a ton of marinara. I hopped out the truck and approached the window and asked for the sauces we asked for and I was glared at, she walked away and got them and when I said thank you I appreciate it, she just turned and walked away without saying a word. If you’re in a mood, call off. Don’t forecast your BS/attitude onto your customers.

For fast food, this is a great spot. Yes a little greasy but really good. Fries were crispy. Big Burford was really good (much to my surprise).

I had taken a long motorcycle ride up through NC. back down through N GA. I was heading back to SC. I've eaten here prior, and it's always been good. It's about an hour from my home.
On this stop, a male employee was serving and was very polite and helpful. I was there an hour before closing, and at most places, the employees are done and want to go home. They treat you like you're bothering them. This employee didn't make me feel like I was burdening him. My food was fresh and delicious. I wish I'd gotten his name. I appreciate him, though.

Ehh, I was underwhelmed. They didn't have ice cream available at lunch time. Very disappointing. Funnel cake fries saved the whole experience.

The way we were greeted we felt rushed. Let alone the cook was playing on her phone instead of remaining sanitary for orders. LOOKING AT HER NAILS SHE NEEDS TO WEAR GLOVES! The chick that took our order wasn't in uniform wearing a checkers shirt with plaid pajamas... ugh!!
To finish it off the was a spider in one side of our cup holder and the #9 chicken needs to be cooked to order!!
Nowadays it's not the food it's the staff!!

4 children working, have to be 16, and one preteen sitting at the opposite pickup window. Had to repeat the order 3 times at the speaker, got up to pay and was told half the order isn't possible because they don't have it. Was told to wait - weve been waiting for over 20 minutes for 3 chicken fingers, 2 fries, and 4 mozzarella sticks. All 4 of them are wearing pajama clothes. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Waited in line 20 mins ordered 2 meals,first meal I wanted wasn't available new Philly cheeseburger ,added mozzarella sticks to our order pulled up to the window and they gave us our food minus our drinks we paid for and didn't get any marinera sauce, good score but do better yall

We usually stop here when we go hiking and every time we have stopped here it's always amazing the fries and burgers are always hot and delicious 😋 we highly recommend you want be disappointed the chilli cheese fries are also a hot
