The staff failed to read the notes only to go order. And didn’t even follow the directions printed on the receipt for the order. When I let the staff know he said “Well I didn’t see it”
This staff needs to be retrained because this is unacceptable especially from someone who orders regularly!!

This location needs an investigating. Employees are making the app say the order is ready and we waited 20 minutes. This has now happen twice. They must be graded on pick up orders and being ready on time and forcing the button. I am going in with a video next time.

I wanted to write this review to express our sincerest appreciation for the kindness your employee showed my wife and I on Sunday, afternoon April 21’st, 2024. Regrettably, my father in law passed away unexpectedly on Saturday evening in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. We were traveling to Spruce Pine to begin coordinating the funeral arrangements. We hadn’t eaten all day (to be honest neither of us had any appetite) but we decided to stop and order a sandwich. The young lady working by herself took our order and began preparing our sandwiches. My wife went to use the restroom and I mentioned that we were on our way to North Carolina because my wife’s father had passed away. The associate offered her condolences. Upon finishing our order I went to pay for our two sandwiches and she politely explained there would be no charge. Despite my objections she simply would not allow me to pay. Her simple act of kindness at that very moment meant so much to us! I cannot thank your employee for being so caring. She demonstrates that our future generations have some amazing young people. I am sorry I did not get her name but hopefully the manager/owner will please pass on our appreciation. Thank you again! George & Andrea Tallent
