I wanted to write this review to express our sincerest appreciation for the kindness your employee showed my wife and I on Sunday, afternoon April 21’st, 2024. Regrettably, my father in law passed away unexpectedly on Saturday evening in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. We were traveling to Spruce Pine to begin coordinating the funeral arrangements. 1/10 for customer service. The guy behind the counter was acting so depressed I thought he was about to go home and blow his brains out. I don't expect you to be a happy fake extrovert, but don't act like a prick if someone asks for something.
I know this place is just a typical subway however, the young man behind the counter was the most polite server. I think I’ve had in several years. Inside it was very clean did not have a large crowd and he was very efficient and overall it was a wonderful experience. We definitely come back one of the best subway Sam ever been into
