Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Good food, always quick.

Ate there today at noon. They appeared to be understaffed however, the cashier was running the show and was cool as a cucumber. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but it started with a T. (Tammy or Tonya I think)
She is a true asset to this restaurant. I think there was only one person in the kitchen as well, but they were pushing out hot good food quickly.

I loved the French fries. They put some sort of seasoning on the fries. It was really good. They chicken was comparable to chick Fil A. 😋 I wish we had Zaxbys in Ohio near My home.

Ordered online. I arrived, and I chose to go inside to pick it up. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Everything was very clean. Food was on point.

I ordered some friend pickles for delivery, I spent over $20 and I only got maybe 10-15 pickles. Other zaxbys fill up the tray. Get your employees in check.

Clean restaurant and friendly employees. Has good chicken and low prices. Great place to stop travelling between metro ATL and the mountains.

I went by Saturday at noon with my family and we were horribly treated inside when ordering. This woman wore maybe dark glasses and had messy hair, I want to say she was maybe Hispanic. Now, my English is not the best but I know she could understand me. She wouldn’t even ask what sauce I wanted nor did she give me the right amount of cups. She even deleted one of my orders and continued checking us out. To say the least, she needs to improve her customer service. Thank you.

I went through the drive thru. I asked for sweet tea, got unsweet. I ordered the loaded fries, the cheese and chicken were missing. I was asked to pull up and wait. So we're 2 other cars. The were not many patrons inside. Assuming maybe they are trying new staff.

The Zaxby Salad was very good and was very fresh. Thank you Zaxbys in Clayton Georgia for a great meal with my Grandson it was a special treat

Ordered from the app in-store because nobody was manning the register. Found out my order sat on the back counter for about 10 minutes before I had to flag down multiple people to get them to check the name and move it to the pickup area (after they first denied it was ready). During that time, every employee walked past the completed, cooling meal multiple times without anyone checking on it or making an attempt to make it available to me, nor did they ask me if it was my order while I was waiting. It was lukewarm at best.

It seems a shift composed of septuagenarians and/or the mentally slow is not a winning formula for success.

Update: Got caught by the old shift again. Apparently, they think they're "slammed" merely because they can't handle the two customers awaiting food ordered 10 minutes earlier. These folks need to be replaced. They can't handle the job even on a Sunday afternoon.

Just go up the road to Franklin or over to Hiawassee for another Zaxby's and don't subject yourself to this one's incompetent leadership.

And, no, Zaxby's, I'm not going to contact some webform with my complaints. The public needs to know so they can decide if they're better off going elsewhere for acceptable service and warm food. Fix the problems, and reviews will improve. Refuse to fix the them, and the free market will take care of the problem for you.

Too expensive and they're meals don't even come with drinks. Wasn't worth $30 🤦‍♀️🙄

Food is 50/50. Sometimes it's old, cold and cooked to long. Fries are half the time not seasoned at all, barely cooked and cold.
