The toast was basically bread with little spots of butter, ask for extra seasoning to and got basically non they took around 20m and still messed up

My boys and I love Zaxby’s and decided to stop at this one on our way back home. It was very disappointing. The staff was rude, they didn’t get our order correct, and the food itself was just bad. I’m not usually one to leave a poor review, and it’s just Zaxby’s after all, but man! It was just so disappointing. There is a Checkers right across the street and I’d recommend going there instead.

The lobby was closed, but I guess that was our fault, but when we were going through the drive through a worker gave us the bird!!!!!!!!! And I don’t mean the chicken. I feel very deeply offended and I will definitely not be coming back.✌️

*update* we paid for two 4 finger combos but they only gave us three!!!

Zaxby’s in Clayton offers good, tasty food that’s served hot and fresh, and the staff are friendly and attentive. However, the cleanliness of the establishment could definitely use some improvement. The Coke Freestyle machine, in particular, was in serious need of cleaning, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, the food and service make for a decent visit, but I’d recommend they pay more attention to maintaining a cleaner environment—especially around the drink area.

The food was fine... Fresh , good portion. I didn't care for the chicken's breading , I've realized . It just seemed weak , barely covered. Not much crunch

Ate there today at noon. They appeared to be understaffed however, the cashier was running the show and was cool as a cucumber. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but it started with a T. (Tammy or Tonya I think)
She is a true asset to this restaurant. I think there was only one person in the kitchen as well, but they were pushing out hot good food quickly.

I loved the French fries. They put some sort of seasoning on the fries. It was really good. They chicken was comparable to chick Fil A. 😋 I wish we had Zaxbys in Ohio near My home.

Ordered online. I arrived, and I chose to go inside to pick it up. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Everything was very clean. Food was on point.

I ordered some friend pickles for delivery, I spent over $20 and I only got maybe 10-15 pickles. Other zaxbys fill up the tray. Get your employees in check.
