“My name is Courtney and this review is for Kenzi in Cleveland. I am BEYOND pleased with her customer service. Not only does she make the BEST coffee I have ever tasted in my life but no matter how packed or busy they are she ALWAYS has a smile on her face. I am very hard to please when it comes to making my coffee and she gets it right EVERYTIME.I think she needs a raise or needs to become a manager!!! No other employee there compares to her hard work! Very pleased!also,the owner is also very nice and polite and the only other person who knows how to make my coffee. I was always a starbucks girl now im a dunkin donuts girl for life!thanks guys ?“

Four flavors, all spectacular, presentation on point, and Vegas (didn’t catch her name, you’ll know her though) was as spicy as the Hot Lava ice cream—my fav.
