Super Baked Pizza Cleveland

As a local, I really wanted to love Super Baked Pizza in Helen — especially since we gave it a second try after about a year. I was hoping that they would work out the bad and figured I would give it another try with the tourist reviews. Unfortunately, it was just as disappointing as the first time.

We ordered for pick up as we do pizza nights at our house every Saturday. The pizza was undercooked, with a doughy, soft center that felt like it needed several more minutes in the oven. Maybe they should change the name to “Half Baked”? On top of that, the ingredients were extremely minimal. There was barely any meat on the cheeseburger pizza, mostly pickles, it honestly felt unfinished. For the price, you expect a well-cooked pie with generous, balanced ingredients — not something that tastes rushed and half-done.

We gave it another chance hoping things had improved, but sadly it was the same experience all over again. As a local who loves pizza and supporting restaurants in Helen, this one continues to miss the mark. Definitely won’t return for a third time. My oven just preheated so we are ending this experience with putting our pizza back in the oven with added ingredients.

This pizza was some of the BEST pizza I have had in a while! We tried their new specialty pizza - balsamic glazed white chicken and it was amazing!! So cute inside as well as QUICK and friendly service! A must try!

If you’re looking for the best pizza in the area, this is it. Pizza is amazing! Best crust, perfectly cooked, fresh, not too thick. Fresh ingredients with lots of cheese. Our new favorite.

I was up here visiting from Florida when I seen the shop from down below and had to stop and try it. Because we have pizza shop all over in. My little town we live in . So the pizza was top notch it came out very Hot and quick the service was very prompt and the seating area was very clean.

My family and I are in town visiting from Orlando and it makes me sad that they don’t have a spot closer to us. The pizza was SO good. Recommend the sweet heat pizza and the Philly pizza. Marissa is super kind and she’s a hustler as well making sure everyone had what they needed, taking orders, cleaning up, and delivering our food. Super chill vibes as well. I’m excited to eat our leftovers for breakfast!

An absolute gem! Interior is so cute, staff was super friendly and attentive, and the pizza was delicious! Crispy crust but it was also soft, taste very fresh. Easily the best pizza I've had on my trips to Georgia!

I’ve been to a lot of pizza places and Super Baked has the best pizza of any place that’s still in business. It’s a little pricey and does not reheat well but I would highly recommend them as the pizza is high quality.
