Initially, it was a great experience. They were responsive and helpful. We are hosting a retreat next spring for over 40 women and Honeybrook was supposed to be our dinner caterer. We had finalized our food choices, and Claire was going to send me an updated final invoice before we signed the contract and sent the deposit. That was in October.
