9 people working behind the counter. 3 people in line. The staff was more focused on socializing than work. The fries were way to salty and cold. The dinner area and the kitchen area was filthy.
Have eaten at Jack’s several times since opening. Today, I had the BLT Grilled Chicken salad: loved it!
The salad was “made when ordered”, not “pre-made”, sitting in a cooler. I have had milkshakes, chicken and burgers: like them all.
Food is hot and tasty.
