I used GrubHub to place a order, after waiting over 1 hour, I called to check on my delivery, A lady answered sounding like she was Chinese or Japanese told me my food was delivered a long time ago, and that I was a liar, and that I have money problems. Their onion rings and customer service are the best.
We ordered our food waited an hour and a half for delivery. Never received our food and called back 9 times with no one answering the phone and being hung up on 3 times. Horrible service and my card better not be charged.
