Got two sausage biscuits at the Schomburg road drive thru. The sausage patties were dry and hard. I went back and calmly asked for a refund. The cashier took the bag, looked inside, wadded it up and threw it in the trash. The only words she spoke to me were, “Just a minute.” No apology for serving bad food or anything. After wandering around a few minutes she gave my money back and we went across the street to Zaxby’s and got hot chicken from a friendly cashier.
