Great for everything
Recommended dishes: Low Country Boil, Snow Crab
The food was and always is top notch and will always get a 5 star from me. The service however, if I could give it a10 or 100, I would. The staff are absolutely the best. Friendly and professional all the time. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate them. Today when we left the manager opened the door as we were leaving just to say have a nice evening. And now... he's getting a great review. I recommend this place 100%.

Ordered 14 “wings” from this place, and I probably should’ve questioned it the moment I got the to-go box. Somehow, all 14 wings and the fries fit into a single container. For $15, the price seemed pretty standard at first, but the wings were unbelievably small — all 14 fit on one side of the box, while the fries took up more space than the wings themselves. Super dry, super over fried, and super small. 0/10.
The server who took my order was very friendly, which I appreciated. However, when I called to complain about the portion size, I was basically told, “it is what it is.” That response is the reason for the 2 stars on service.
Don’t bother with the wings here. They are a joke.

I’m from Louisiana sooo the boiled crawfish was so bad. It did not taste like fresh or live crawfish. Tasted like it was frozen than boiled. Couldn’t eat any fat out of the heads bc it was so nasty. Hubby asked are you sure this is live cooked crawfish before we purchased but it was definitely not. Or it was boiled days ago. 50 bucks for nasty crawfish

I’m extremely disappointed with Camileaux’s in Columbus. I called ahead specifically to ask if their crawfish were live or frozen and was told they were live. That’s the only reason we chose this place to celebrate my son’s Turning Green ceremony after 10 weeks of basic training. We ordered a lot of food, and almost everything was mediocre or just bad. The wings were tiny, we never received the gator bites, and the snow crab legs ($96 for 5 clusters) tasted freezer burnt with a terrible aftertaste. We added boiled eggs, which were overcooked, and paid extra for potatoes we never received, though it didn’t matter because the ones that came with the boil were bland and completely unseasoned. But the biggest issue? The crawfish were frozen. That was the whole reason we came. When I spoke up, the server said he honestly didn’t know and believed me when I said there’s no way they were previously live because he didn’t know who cooked them or how they were prepared. That alone says a lot. Yes, they removed the crawfish from the bill after I spoke up, but we still paid $196 (and I still tipped) for food that was clearly freezer-based and rushed through a fryer. Nothing about this experience felt Cajun or worth the money. If we had been told the truth from the start, we would have never come. Would not recommend.
Not only was the food amazing but the service was amazing too!! One of the owners was there and was very kind and everything was fresh and made to order! You have to get the boudin balls and the beignets! Their homemade sauce is also amazing!

Came here for the first time in years because my fiance wanted to try boudin balls. You're greeted immediately by the owner and staff who never stops smiling. The vibe is very welcoming and relaxed. While ordering, we screwed up and ordered a smaller item we assumed was something we wanted. The owner had already placed the order so he went back to the kitchen and came back saying he wanted to let them know we didn't want that but told us he would still gift us a couple so we could sample them. The food was great! The owner would walk constantly throughout the dining area making sure everyone was doing ok and even offered to walk our cups to the machine to refill our drinks for us. Definitely will be visiting them again very soon!

I was raised in Louisiana and rarely enjoy Cajun food outside the state. This place will forever be an exception.
We shared crab balls at the start of the meal and found them tender and flavorful. They were served with a spicy homemade dipping sauce with balanced heat and flavor.
My wife had fried catfish with slaw, fries, and hush puppies. The fish was fried crispy on the outside and tender in the middle with a tasty batter that added just the right kick.
I had a cup of the seafood gumbo and the shrimp etouffee. The gumbo had a rich brown roux with shrimp and sausage served over rice. The shrimp etouffee was served over rice with garlic bread and a small ear of corn.
We ended the meal with French quarter beignets that created the perfect compliment to the rich, delicious meal.
Recommend you go out of your way to try this place. It smells like home and tastes like heaven!

I've seen this place for years but never thought to stop but decided on a whim to give it a shot. I am so glad I did! I had a shrimp po boy and a side of red beans n rice and it was 100x better than the one I had in New Orleans years ago. The bread was soft and fresh and the shrimp were perfectly seasoned. The beans n rice had so much flavor. I'm excited to go back and try everything else.

The food here was great, but even better was the customer service! My friend got the seafood boil, but I'm vegetarian & they were extremely accommodating and offered a lot of suggestions. Staff was super friendly and sociable. They wanted to make sure that we had an amazing experience not just a good meal. They knew we were from Canada, so obviously not regular customers, but tried to make us feel extremly welcomed. They showed us around and offered to take photos for us. My vegetarian options were good and my friend's seafood boil was supreme. Prices were fantastic & portions huge! Should we ever find ourselves in columbus again, we will definitely visit!
